It  has been a long tradition in our family to cultivate olive trees and to produce Extra Vergine Olive Oil.

We make our oil through a process of cold pressing which gives it very little acidity and a fragrant flavour with a lightly fruity aftertaste - perfect for everyday consumption.

Our Extra Vergine Olive Oil is pale yellow in colour with a green tinge.  It has the fruity perfume of fresh olives with a mild and slightly fruity taste.

This oil can be used as it is, for example in salads, or for cooking.  It is typically mild and doesn't overpower but enhances the flavours of other foods.  It is resistant to high temperature changes and food cooked in this oil remains light and easily digested.
